We’d like to invite you to attend the Arizona Society of Healthcare Attorney (AzSHA) one-day health law conference and annual meeting at the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix on Friday, February 23, 2024!

Morning Session: Arizona Health Law in Review presented by Robert Milligan, Erica Erman, Susan Russo, Tara Sklar, Molly Brizgys, and Lauren Weinzweig.
Afternoon Session: This year’s conference will feature two afternoon breakout sessions:

- ADHS Licensing: Behavioral Health Requirements and Common Issues
- AI-sues and Don’ts: Deciphering Legal Challenges in AI Health

- The 340B Program in Flux: Challenges and Opportunities for 340B Stakeholders
- There’s a New Sheriff in Town – Healthcare Antitrust Enforcement in the Biden Era
Networking Opportunities
Attendees are invited to stay after the conference to network with local attorneys and compliance personnel while enjoying light appetizers and an open wine/beer bar. Attendees are also encouraged to join us and their colleagues for coffee/tea in the morning and lunch in the afternoon.
CLE Credit
The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify for up to 4.5 hours of CLE credit (including up to 1.25 hours of ethics), toward your annual requirement for the State Bar of Arizona.
To Register
Regardless of membership, you must login to purchase tickets and register for the conference. To do so:
- Under ticket information, click “login to purchase.”
- This will take you to the login page. If you are a member, use the login information utilized for your membership. If you are a non-member, you will need to create an account to purchase a ticket. Non-members who have not created an account yet, must select “Register” along the bottom next to “Lost your password?”
- From there, you will create an Account by entering a username, name, email address, and password. Then select “Complete Sign Up.”
- The account will need to be activated by using the link in a confirmation email sent to the registered email address. Once the account is activated, you will login using the credentials provided (username and password).
- Once logged in, navigate to the Conference Program page and select the number of tickets needed and select “Get Tickets” to proceed with the checkout process.
