This program will provide an update on current litigation trends as well as recent Arizona court decisions, legislation and verdicts related to medical negligence with Suzanne Ogden, Torralba Ogden, P.C..
Suzanne Ogden has practiced as a medical negligence attorney for over 20 years. Suzanne’s entire law practice has been almost exclusively focused on medical negligence claims and representing healthcare providers before their respective Boards. Suzanne has appeared in litigation matters in Maricopa County Superior Court and the U.S. District Court of Arizona.
Suzanne began her legal career representing hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, physicians and nurses in matters involving medical negligence, wrongful death, negligent credentialing, vicarious liability and negligent supervision/hiring.
In 2015, Suzanne expanded her practice and began representing plaintiffs in medical negligence and wrongful death actions.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Suzanne practiced as a registered nurse in the areas of skilled nursing, endoscopy, special procedures and outpatient surgery. Suzanne’s nursing experience has given her extensive knowledge of issues in cases involving hospital policies/procedures, elder care, general surgery, sepsis, gastroenterology, pain management, oncology, pressure sores/wound management and nursing liability.
Location
This program will be a hybrid program with both an in-person and virtual option. Please select the appropriate ticket for whether you intend to be in-person or virtual. Lunch will be provided to those in-person. The Zoom information will only be provided to those who purchase virtual tickets.
To Register
Regardless of membership, you must login to purchase tickets. To do so:
1. Under ticket information, click “login to purchase”
2. This will take you to the login page. If you are a member, use the login information utilized for your membership. If you are a non-member, you will need to create an account to purchase a ticket. Non-members who have not created an account yet, must select “Register” along the bottom next to “Lost your password?”
3. From there, you will create an Account by entering a username, name, email address, and password. Then select “Complete Sign Up.”
4. The account will need to be activated by using the link in a confirmation email sent to the registered email address. Once the account is activated, you will login using the credentials provided (username and password).
5. Once logged in, navigate to the Program page and select the number of tickets needed and select “Get Tickets” to proceed with the checkout process.
