Networking Opportunities

Attendees are invited to stay after the conference to network with local attorneys and compliance personnel while enjoying light appetizers and an open wine/beer bar. The networking event will be held in an outdoor setting at the same location as the conference. Attendees are also encouraged to join us and their colleagues for coffee in the morning and lunch in the afternoon. A box lunch will be served in between the morning and afternoon session. Outdoor seating is available.

Conference Format and Safety Precautions

This will be an in-person event. At this time, there are no plans for virtual attendance. However, conference registrants who are either unable to attend in person or would prefer not to attend in person will have access to recordings of the presentations. Consistent with CDC guidance, all attendees must show proof of vaccination or obtain a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event. You can send a copy of your vaccination card or negative test results to us in advance at azhealthcareattorneys@gmail.com. Attendees will need to wear a face mask, except when eating or drinking.

Per ASU’s COVID-19 guidelines, all attendees must ask themselves the following questions the day of the event and prior to arriving in person:

ASU Mandatory Screening Questionnaire

Be honest; if you can say “yes” to any of these, please do not go inside. Go home and contact your health care provider and your supervisor before returning to campus. If we can help meet your needs without you needing to enter the building, we will do so.

  • Do you feel sick?
  • Do you have a fever?
  • Have you been around someone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or asked to quarantine by a health professional?

If you answer yes to any of these questions, it’s best to stay home. Contact your health care provider of symptoms if you believe they are related to COVID-19.

Due to the changing nature of the pandemic, we reserve the right to modify these precautions.

CLE Credit

The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify for up to 5 hours of CLE credit (including up to 1 hours of ethics), toward your annual requirement for the State Bar of Arizona.
