A Lawyer’s Ethical Obligations for Data Privacy and Security\nADHS Licensing: Behavioral Health Requirements and Common Issues\nAI-sues and Don’ts: Deciphering Legal Challenges in AI Health\n\nBreakout Session 2: \n\nSCOTUS Impacts on Health Care and Public Health Law\nThe 340B Program in Flux: Challenges and Opportunities for 340B Stakeholders\nThere’s a New Sheriff in Town – Healthcare Antitrust Enforcement in the Biden Era\n\nNetworking Opportunities \nAttendees are invited to stay after the conference to network with local attorneys and compliance personnel while enjoying light appetizers and an open wine/beer bar. Attendees are also encouraged to join us and their colleagues for coffee/tea in the morning and lunch in the afternoon. \nCLE Credit \nThe State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify for up to 4.5 hours of CLE credit (including up to 1.25 hours of ethics)\, toward your annual requirement for the State Bar of Arizona. \nTo Register\nRegardless of membership\, you must login to purchase tickets and register for the conference. To do so: \n\nUnder ticket information\, click “login to purchase.” \nThis will take you to the login page. If you are a member\, use the login information utilized for your membership. If you are a non-member\, you will need to create an account to purchase a ticket. Non-members who have not created an account yet\, must select “Register” along the bottom next to “Lost your password?” \nFrom there\, you will create an Account by entering a username\, name\, email address\, and password. Then select “Complete Sign Up.” \nThe account will need to be activated by using the link in a confirmation email sent to the registered email address.
